I started teaching Classes in 2005 in a friends barn in Worcester VT and realized this was my passion and wanted it to be my career. I have trained hundreds of clients one on one and has taught thousands of people in Classes. I decided to move my business online and I'm enjoying it so much, it will be my permanent platform! An incredibly effective form is #1. Interval Training. Recovery Periods alternating with strength and cardio bursts.
I use multi-dimensional moves to target several muscles at once for each move.

I beleive spending time in nature is a crucial part of being fit and healthy. It is my meditation and spiritual practice.
